When using the testing site, select a level surface. The vehicle to be inspected must be aligned with its driving direction and positioned at least 20 meters away from the load-bearing plate to ensure all wheels pass through the sensor center at a uniform speed. The closer the upper surface of the load-bearing plate is to the road level, the higher the measurement accuracy (ideally flush with the road surface). Therefore, avoid placing additional objects under the load-bearing plate during regular use to prevent height variations that could affect precision. For long-term fixed installations in suitable environments, construct a shallow foundation pit equivalent to the load-bearing plate's depth and position it on the ground. The upper surface of the load-bearing plate should be slightly elevated by 5 millimeters above the road level.
