Explanation
The unattended truck scale weighing system utilizes the industry's most advanced weighing management software, supporting multiple weighing instruments and digital communication modules.
Integrated with high-performance PLC control technology and equipped with license plate recognition cameras, traffic lights, infrared grating devices, barrier gates, and other detection systems, it forms a smart control system combining automatic voice command systems, real-time weighing image capture systems, traffic light control systems, infrared anti-cheating systems, and barrier gate control systems.
Throughout the weighing process, the system achieves automated and reliable data collection, automatic identification, command execution, processing, and control. This minimizes the drawbacks and workload caused by manual operations while enhancing the system's informatization and automation levels.

Configuration
Vehicle identification system: Composed of two sets of license plate recognition cameras, it plays an automatic identification role for vehicle numbers;
Vehicle Positioning System: It consists of each set of infrared grille installed at each end of the scale to prevent the vehicle from being fully weighed;
Vehicle Command System: Composed of barrier machines, traffic lights, and voice prompts. Used to guide vehicles through the specified weighing process;
Image capture system: Composed of cameras and computers (if a hard disk recorder is needed, an additional purchase is required), it provides video monitoring and playback for the entire weighing process;
Electrical Control System: Composed of control box, power cable and signal cable;
Ticket Printing: Weighing management software, Responsible for signal acquisition, analysis, processing, and weighing data storage throughout the system.
